💰 سياسة استخدام المحفظة | Wallet Policy آخر تحديث: 23 أبريل 2026 محفظة متجر فلكس هي نظام رصيد رقمي داخلي مخصص للاستخدام داخل المتجر فقط، ويتم إضافة الرصيد إلى المحفظة من خلال العروض الترويجية أو الكاش باك أو المكافآت أو أي حملات يحددها المتجر من وقت لآخر. باستخدامك للمحفظة فإنك تقر وتوافق على أن جميع الأرصدة المضافة هي أرصدة غير نقدية، ولا تمثل أموالًا حقيقية أو وديعة مالية، ولا تخضع لأي نظام سحب أو تحويل بنكي أو تحويل إلى أي وسيلة دفع خارجية بأي شكل من الأشكال. يمكن استخدام رصيد المحفظة فقط داخل متجر فلكس في عمليات الشراء أو تجديد الاشتراكات أو الاستفادة من العروض والخدمات المتاحة حسب ما يحدده المتجر. لا يمكن بأي حال من الأحوال سحب رصيد المحفظة نقدًا أو تحويله إلى حساب بنكي أو استبداله خارج المتجر، ويُعتبر جزءًا من نظام العروض والمكافآت وليس رصيدًا ماليًا قابلًا للاسترجاع النقدي. رصيد المحفظة المضاف من العروض أو الكاش باك قد يكون له مدة صلاحية محددة تختلف حسب نوع العرض، ويحق لمتجر فلكس تحديد أو تعديل أو إلغاء مدة الصلاحية في أي وقت، ويتم إلغاء أي رصيد منتهي تلقائيًا دون أي التزام على المتجر. بمجرد استخدام رصيد المحفظة في أي عملية شراء، لا يمكن استرجاعه أو إعادة إضافته أو استبداله بعد إتمام العملية. يحق لمتجر فلكس إيقاف أو تعليق أو إلغاء أي رصيد في حال وجود نشاط مشبوه أو إساءة استخدام أو محاولة تحايل على نظام الكاش باك أو العروض. كما يحق للمتجر تعديل أو إيقاف أي نظام مكافآت أو كاش باك أو تغيير نسب الإضافة أو شروط الاستخدام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. English: Flex Store Wallet is an internal digital credit system intended for use within the store only. Wallet balance is added through promotional offers, cashback, rewards, or any marketing campaigns introduced by the store from time to time. By using the wallet, you acknowledge and agree that all credited balances are non-cash digital credits and do not represent real money, financial deposits, or bank funds. Wallet balance is not subject to withdrawal, transfer, or conversion into any external payment method. Wallet credits can only be used within Flex Store for purchases, subscription renewals, or eligible offers and services as defined by the store. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, or exchanged outside the store under any circumstances. It is strictly a promotional and reward-based credit system and not a refundable monetary balance. Wallet credits added through promotions or cashback may have an expiration period depending on the offer type. Flex Store reserves the right to define, modify, or cancel expiration rules at any time, and expired balances may be removed automatically without liability. Once wallet balance is used in any transaction, it cannot be refunded, restored, or reissued after completion of the purchase. Flex Store reserves the right to suspend, block, or cancel wallet balance in case of suspicious activity, fraud attempts, or misuse of cashback or promotional systems. The store also reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any cashback program, reward system, or percentage structure at any time without prior notice.
